Schertler & Onorato is pleased to announce that on June 1, 2018, seasoned white-collar litigators Robert S. Bennett and Hilary Holt LoCicero joined the firm.

Mr. Bennett, Senior Counsel, is a renowned trial attorney and leader of the white-collar criminal defense bar who regularly represents corporations and individuals, including corporate officers and directors, in high-profile criminal investigations, complex civil actions, and agency enforcement matters.  Mr. Bennett also advises and assists corporate management, boards, and committees on compliance matters and internal investigations.  Mr. Bennett has been named repeatedly by the National Law Journal as one of the most influential lawyers in the United States.

Ms. LoCicero, Partner, is an experienced white-collar litigator who represents corporations and individuals in government investigations and prosecutions, enforcement matters, and civil actions.  Ms. LoCicero’s background includes matters involving health care fraud, tax evasion, antitrust, securities fraud, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, sanctions laws, government contracting and procurement fraud, and civil and criminal false claims.
