S&O Is Awarded Attorney’s Fees in Civil Litigation

NOVEMBER 2014

David Dickieson won an award of attorney’s fees after defeating all claims in a civil lawsuit brought against the firm’s client. Schertler & Onorato’s client was sued for fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and breach of contract in connection with the sale of a $4.2 Million residential property. The client counterclaimed for breach of contract and bad faith litigation. The court dismissed all claims against our client, entered summary judgment in our client’s favor on the breach of contract counterclaim, and awarded our client attorney’s fees expended in the litigation.
