Danny Onorato Is Inducted Into the American College of Trial Lawyers

SEPTEMBER 2016

Schertler & Onorato partner Danny Onorato has been inducted as a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL).  The ACTL recognizes the very best of the trial bars of the United States and Canada and selects its Fellows only after a rigorous and confidential investigation.  Fellowship is limited to one percent of the lawyers in any individual State or Province, and an attorney must have practiced as a trial lawyer for at least 15 years to qualify for consideration.  Fellowship is limited to attorneys who have shown themselves to be skilled trial lawyers and who are recognized by the lawyers they handles cases with and against, and the judges before whom they practice, as among the very best in their jurisdiction.  Personal integrity, ethics, collegiality and community standing are also key factors in evaluating lawyers for Fellowship.  S&O founding partner David Schertler has been an ACTL Fellow since 2008.
