
Claire Morris Clark
Claire Morris Clark joined Schertler & Onorato, L.L.P. in September 2007, where she focuses on criminal and white collar cases. Ms. Clark has represented clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies, including reckless driving, drunk driving, assault, and narcotics possession. Ms. Clark also represents clients in white collar fraud cases and a variety of civil cases.
Prior to joining Schertler & Onorato, L.L.P., Ms. Clark clerked for the Honorable James E. Boasberg at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. While in law school, Ms. Clark represented adult and juvenile clients in this same court with the legal clinic D.C. Law Students in Court.
Ms. Clark graduated cum laude from the George Washington University Law School in 2006. While in law school, Ms. Clark, a Thurgood Marshall Scholar, served on the board of the Mock Trial Association and was active in the International Law Society and the Equal Justice Foundation. Ms. Clark received her B.A. magna cum laude from Wheaton College in Chicago, Illinois. She is an active member of the bars of the District of Columbia, Virginia, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
